Nathan Traill Constructions is a North Queensland building company delivering custom new homes and large scale renovations out of Aitkenvale in Townsville.
The company was started on a simple idea. Homeowners deserve a builder who does the work properly, says what is happening and follows through on what he committed to. That sounds like it should be ordinary. Anyone who has renovated knows it is not.
Nathan holds the licence, quotes the work and runs the sites. We have an in house team of carpenters who produce the bulk of the work, backed by a trusted network of subcontractors. You get the same faces on your property from start to finish rather than whoever was available that week.
The work runs from the Townsville suburbs out to Alligator Creek and across the water to Magnetic Island.

Attention to detail in every finish, and the parts you never see done to the same standard as the parts you do. Frames straight, falls right, waterproofing inspected.
Clear communication
You are kept informed at every step. If weather or a supplier moves your date you hear it from us early with a revised program, not silence and a guess.

We respect your time. If we give you a date we mean it, and the program is built with the wet season already allowed for.

You get your own login. Rather than waiting for a phone call or wondering how the week went, you can open the app and see where your build is up to whenever you want.
