Project
Framing and
Structural Steel
Internal and external framing with all structural steel erected in house by our own crew rather than subcontracted out.
Project overview
Framing and Structural Steel
Structural steel is one of the few things on a build where a small error early becomes an expensive problem later, so it is set by our own crew rather than passed to a subcontractor. Posts go in plumb, the frame goes up straight, and everything that follows has something square to work from.
This project is photographed at frame stage. Completed photography will be added here once the house is finished.
What we were engaged to do
Frame the house internally and externally and erect all structural steel.
