Full Internal Renovation
A dated internal layout opened up into a single connected living, dining and kitchen space, with new flooring and a full joinery run through the middle of the house.

Bathrooms, an ensuite and a powder room stripped back to frame and rebuilt in natural stone and travertine, with brass fittings used consistently across the house.

A large spotted gum deck and outdoor entertaining area built to take in the view, turning an underused corner of the property into the part of the house that gets used most.

Internal and external framing with all structural steel erected in house by our own crew rather than subcontracted out.

Magnetic Island
Island builds and renovations run through barge scheduling, tight access, ground height variance and natural rock. A few jobs in now, so the speedbumps get priced at the start rather than discovered halfway.
South Townsville
New build through to fit out. Plaster complete, engineered timber flooring, Tasmanian Oak cabinetry and natural travertine right through the bathrooms.
Heritage renovation
A major renovation under strict character and heritage requirements. The original charm was kept intact while the house behind it was brought up to a modern standard.
Allen St
Out of the ground, trusses landed and installed, and the shape of the house up inside a few weeks.
