Project
Bathrooms and
Ensuite
Bathrooms, an ensuite and a powder room stripped back to frame and rebuilt in natural stone and travertine, with brass fittings used consistently across the house.
Project overview
Bathrooms and Ensuite
Every wet area was taken back to frame so the waterproofing could be done properly rather than patched over. That is the part of a bathroom nobody sees and the part that decides whether it is still sound in ten years, so it is inspected before a single tile goes down.
The finishes were kept consistent so the house reads as one project rather than four separate bathrooms. Natural travertine and stone, timber vanities, brass tapware and a mix of round and backlit mirrors, with large format floor tile keeping the grout lines down.
What we were engaged to do
Strip the wet areas back to frame, rebuild and waterproof them, then fit off in natural stone with brass tapware.
