Nathan holds the licence, prices the job and runs the site, so the person you meet at the first consultation is the person carrying the build through to handover. Carpentry and structural steel are done by our own team rather than passed to whoever is available that week, which is the main reason the framing and the finishes look the same from one house to the next.

We can take a job from a rough idea through design, engineering and building approval into construction, working with local designers, draftsmen, engineers and certifiers. If you already have plans drawn we are happy to price and build from them.

The work covers whole home renovations where walls move, levels change and services are replaced, including character and heritage homes where the original detail has to survive while everything behind it is rebuilt. Kitchens, bathrooms, ensuites and outdoor living are all part of that scope rather than separate offerings, because on a renovation of this size they rarely arrive on their own.

Waterproofing is done to standard and inspected. Frames go up straight, falls run the right way, and the parts nobody sees are built to the same standard as the parts everybody does. Where the house needs to stay liveable we stage the work so you keep a functioning kitchen or bathroom for as much of it as we can.
